"I believe most families are okay to finance their child’s participation up to a point. Once it gets into the hundreds of dollars, families start to consider if they are able to pay. Families with multiple children have to consider if they will pay that much for each child, which would really add up. Four kids playing hockey would get expensive compared to one child playing Ultimate Frisbee."
